Air France : Can a new Canadian CEO restore the brand to its former glory?

The threat for Air France is that the company, or at least its largest division, becomes an atrophied anachronism, bypassed by most citizens of its home country in favor of cheaper flights that are likelier to actually leave the ground, whatever the nationality of their operators.
